1 1\3 cup flour
Dried cranberries
Raisin
1\3 cup coconut sugar
1\2 tsp vanilla extract
3\4 tsp ground cinnamon
1\8 tbsp ground cloves
1 tbsp ginger
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup olive oil
Walnuts
Mix all the dry ingredients together: flour, dried cranberries, raisin, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, ginger and salt
Add in a separate bowl 2 eggs, pumpkin puree and olive oil and mix
Add all ingredients together and mix well then add walnuts and mix
Bake for 60-70 min and bon appetite!
