Healthy protein crackers


Ingredients


1 cup sunflower seeds
3\4 cup pumpkin seeds
1\2 cup chia seeds
1\4 cup flax seeds
Thyme or any spice to taste
Salt to taste
1 1\2 cup water

Steps


Mix all ingredients and let it rest for 10 min
Spread it to a thin layer in a tray, oven bake for 10-15 min till its crunchy
